i have a problem about acess violation in wow32.dll at 0x0ffbdfaf?

when i open the tally5.4, error is appear-wtally caused an access violation in wow32.dll at 0x0ffbdfaf (my operating system is xp) but some time this error is not find and tally open normally. any one help me

go to add remove programs and uninstall the wow papers ect
