The first thing is to get into gear. Don't delay and get some fresh air. Wrap up warm and take a brisk walk - at least 1/2hr per day if possible.
Take a 500ml water bottle with you everywhere you go - drink it and fill it up at least 3 times a day. Cut down on caffine - stick to fruit teas.
You must eat breakfast - cereal with no sugar stuff on it - something simple like Cornflakes/ Weetabix etc. Slice some fruit and add the milk... Makes it a bit more interesting.
Don't skip meals and try to eat food that you have prepared yourself from scratch. It doesn't have to be complicated food... Stir-fry veggies (add some pepper and 1/2 teaspoon of garlic), a piece of fish / pork / chicken. You could try pasta with fish or chicken with some veggies - use a tin of tomatoes and add garlic and onions and some Italian herbs to make the sauce. Avoid ready made sauces - they contain too much sugar & salt.
Have sensible snacks in between meals like piece of fruit or a handful of nuts/seeds (not salted).
If you like swimming, try 1/2hr session every other day - I do Mon/Wed/Fri and it really helps to keep energy levels up. Remember to take a banana to eat afterwards to avoid the need for a bar of chocolate!
At the weekend, give yourself a treat - don't be so strict on the weekly diet and exercise routine - it helps to break it up and releives any boredom that may set in.
Make time to chill-out - walking is a great way to blow the cobwebs away.
All the best!

Try taking a multivitamin daily, drink lots and lots of water, avoid carbonated drinks and alcohol. Look into a B vitamin complex. Try doing some short stretching exercises off and on during the day and exercising 4-5 times a week. Work your way up to something. Think positive. Find something you are interested in and make it a hobby or try several things. Being productive in society with a purpose in life can help a person feel better.

The best thing, is to make sure you get lots of fresh air as the cold can help perk you up and stop you feeling tired and letharged as when you stay indoors all warm and cosy, it's too easy to stay there and do nothing, which makes you feel worse in the long run. Also try making your own fruit juices. Zinc supplements are a good way to avoid getting colds! Body scrubs are a good way to help your skin look healthier and more glowing. The biggest motivation is knowing how good you'll feel at the end of it and all the extra energy you'll have!!

Start eating more fruit and veg. You could also try going for a walk on an evening, just 15 - 20 mins per day will give you a boost. Switch the tv off and get out for a bit.
Another good one is laughing, apparently it really boosts your mood. Get someone to tell you some jokes.

Try some exercise. I stopped going to the gym last year as too busy at work, but I feel so tired all the time since. Its hard to get into at first, will take a few weeks but I recommend you do some exercise 3-4 times in winter. Also at this time of year due to lack of sunlight its natural to feel sluggish.

Get some echinacea tablets/capsules - they help boost your immune system. Drink lots of water to help flush toxins out of your body. Go out for a walk and start exercising daily to give you more energy and make sure you're eating a balanced diet (not comfort fatty/sugary foods). Oh and take some multivits.

You may be deficient in your vitamins and minerals. Do you eat healthy? If you load up on complex carbs and refined sugars, it will make you start to feel very lethargic and unhealthy.
Arbonne has a great Daily power-pack specifically formulated for men or women. It has an ORAC score of 8,000! It has lots of great benefits.
