for "Christmas" (they've got it all and its all paid for) Of course they told me to get them nothing but they tell me that every year.I've bought 7 camera's for the "old man" in the last 10 years but he drops them and breaks them cause he's real feeble (78) yrs ,so thats out completely..I really need some suggestions...

Although it might sound childish and a little stupid, I would give them a photoframe with a picture of yourself and your parents in it. Inexpensive but I'm sure it'll hold lots of sentimental value in it. Relieve your childhood days of arts and crafts if you have to. Afterall it's the thought that counts. And THAT is something that money can never buy. Merry Christmas :)

Gift cards are wonderful, could be for a family portrait or for dinner or even for a place they frequenty shop at. Sentimental parents always love to get sentimental gifts. Use your imagination and good luck to you...

Put together a "life story" book. Pictures, stories, life history and any (positive) effects on those around him.

Why not find a great photo of the two of them (one that they haven't seen in a while), have it made into an 8x10 & put in a beautiful frame. ...Or even a pic of the three of you.

A pair of his and hers recliner/rockers with heat and massage inckuded. Thats what I got mine in their 70s. They loved them!
