God's word(Bible) never changes. Only denominations change. This is why it is very important to read your Bible so you know when someone is wrong or right.
Your first question is about catholic's and baby Baptistism. The catholic church(maybe not all) believe you must be baptistized in order to go to heaven. If you read the BIble you will find that it is a statement of faith and you do not need to be baptized to go to heaven. Only saved..... However if one is saved then they should be baptistized.
Second part is God made it very clear that Abusers of Mankind will not enter into heave. Gays seem to won't to disregard these type of texts. This is not accpectable because the bible is all or none. You can't take parts out and make your own religion.
I high advise everyone to continue to read the Bible and test to see what is being taught is accurate with the BIble.

Not Christianity, Catholicism. Big difference!
I'm a Christian, and I'd probably smack someone upside the head for even mentioning that an unbaptised baby that died at birth was bound for hell. That's simply intolerable. We all know that a child doesn't come into the "age of reasoning" until about age 8.
The gay folk are marrying into churches that have stepped away from any organized religion. These churches were basically kicked out because they refuse to follow what is an obvious no-no in the Bible. There is a whole argument to be made on both sides, but that is for another time perhaps.
I'm also a Baptist, and you may remember that long ago dancing was considered a sin to Baptists, although there is no real scripture to back that up. They just thought that the lewd dancing of that time needed to be stopped and they went about it in the totally wrong fashion lol.
We're all learning, trying to mold ourselves to the image of Christ, and while we've all made some great strides in that area, we've had some setbacks too. Have patience please, God isn't done with us yet :)

God's laws have not changed men have think to change God laws - Daniel 7:25And he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time. God's law is eternal and perfect, the Ten Commandments are not the ten suggestions where men can change and add also all the laws God has given are still binding if He has not said otherwise in the scriptures the Bible.

When people want to sin against God or make matters more convenient for themselves or even make money for themselves they will change the rules to suit the situation. All the man-made rules which are against the clear word of the Scriptures we can ignore as man desire's to water down the word of God. But the word of God endures forever - 1 Peter 1:25. Those Christians who follow the desires of their flesh will corrupt the word of God. But those who are obedient to and walk in the Holy Spirit will obey the word in spirit and in truth. Bad Christians make rules that unbaptised babies cannot go to heaven and gays can get married in church. It is not that Christianity is inconsistent but that it has bad practitioners. May God help them repent from their sins.

God doesn't change, but people do. We are emotional creatures, and often
take things to extremes.
Things like loose sex, and sodomy create all kind of problems. Abortion,
disease, broken homes. And what we never talk about. The destruction
of trust, and the capability to Love after we've been hurt.
These are the things God cares about. But we turn them into self-righteous
things as humans, forgetting that the human being that transgresses still
has a spirit within, as we all do.
We need to find some balance. Don't condemn, and don't condone, (make
excuses for things).
We are supposed to reach out to others with understanding and compassion,
and try to reason with them. Help them get off their self-destructive paths.
It takes Time to heal!

It is religion that has changed. The men and women who writer the doctrines and rules of specific religions have changed. Not Christianity. True Christians are follower of the Word of God the bible. The Bible does not change so they shouldn't either.
As far as God loving everyone. God does. God just doesn't like the sin that we allow ourselves to get ourselves into. The bible specifically speaks against many manifestations of the flesh. Galatians 5:19-21 so there should not be any doubt abut what God does and does not like. God loves gays but not the sin that they are in. Just as God loves heterosexuals but not the sin that they are in either.

I would like to ask my more of them haven't. It is a much different world now than when the Bible was written. Women have more rights, can be preachers in some churches and are leaders of nations. Prostitutes, while they are not stoned, are still prosecuted (a victimless crime & apparently there is still a demand for it. Why aren't the men targeted?) Men are not allowed to have several wives or a wife & several concubines, but married men still have mistresses & this is accepted by society. We have a long way to go.

Nope
With the exception of moving from the Old Testament Laws to the New Testamnet Laws ....NOT ONE SINGLE law of God has changed.
Now...MAN tries to ( and does ) change God's laws to suit himself. But God does not condone these changes.
Just because we WANT them to change and make the changes ourselves doesn't mean all is good.
God's Word was, is, and always be Eternal and unchanging
A sin is a sin.....even if we ALL say differently.......it still is.
Babies don't go to hell
gay marriage is still a sin

I havent examine what others have mentioned to you, so im going to easily inform you my opinion. to start with, i'm a Christian, yet i completely see the place your coming from. Christianity is a extensive element, there is a lot to it, yet remember part of the Bible is over 3000 years previous, so its been around for a looonnng time, hence, its had lots of time to construct up scrutiny. additionally, i think of its the Emperor Constantine that your speaking approximately? He grow to be the guy who moved the powerful city of the Roman empire from Rome to Byzantine, which he renamed Constantinople... i think of?! yet you will desire to remember each faith has extremists. and in christianity's case Constantine grow to be an extremist. He used his faith to learn skill in the common Roman way, by employing rigidity. So dont be concluding your strategies on Christianity by employing this is human beings, yet do it during the observe itself. this is the fact, it particularly is what Christianity is in accordance with. Now i see the place your at a loss for words while it includes the cohesion of the Bible. In 367AD a team of elders formed the canon of scripture that has grow to be our Bible. the reason of their narrowing of scriptures is that if we proceed to settle for a super style of diverse scriptures into our faith then how will all of us understand what's sound fact? Is it extra useful to have a extensive volume of scripture and the possibility of many errors and misguiding or is it extra useful to have a smaller, sounder scripture? Martin Luther grow to be in the sixteenth century. He observed that the Catholic have been charging funds so human beings would have prayers and be pardoned for sin and to even enable its lay human beings "pay" for his or her kin to get to heaven.. this isn't any longer what the Bible teaches! the Bible teaches that it particularly is by employing grace by using faith that we are saved. If we've self belief then God's grace will supply us a place in heaven.. please enable me understand if i can help in any opposite direction.
