ECT = Electronic Control Transmission

ECT stands for "ELECTRONIC CONTROLLED AUTOMATIC
TRANSAXLE". It is a button located near the shifter. It is different from a overdrive button (USA). When it is on, the shift points and the feel of the transmission shifting is readily responsive, response time of gear shift changes is a bit faster. When it is off, transmission is in economy mode, optimizing fuel economy.

I noticed that this button is only available outside the USA and older Toyota models. I have a 2006 Toyota Corolla LE with
4-speed automatic transmission, also I bought a 2006 Toyota Corolla service (repair) manual. ECT is built in, no button to press(it is on all the time, computer decides when to shift as needed). Overdrive mode (USA) is use to hold the transmission in 3rd gear, when it is on, use to climb the hill on the road (not off road). Overdrive mode is seldom use because of the built in ECT mode in automatic transmission.

I did the search regarding Toyota Prado, it bears the similarity of the Lexus GX of the USA.

Do you have an owners manual? Call the sells representative. It could mean a new type of Tranny that uses constant shifting so in affect has infinite amount of gear ratios. Look up on the net. Most likely stands for Electronically Controlled Transmission..
