The Spanish is not good/clear.., what I interpret is the following
"Hello, How're you? I hope that you,my friend, are OK. Call me!"
This in Spanish would be
"Hola! Que tal? Espero mi amiga que estes bien. Llamame!"

The rest is not so clear. Is it ‘llamas’, meaning ‘call/phone’?
‘a yo’ doesn’t mean anything in standard Spanish.
