First of all let me remind you that there is no perfect person is the world, so do not expect to find one unless you are perfect yourself, because if you can find one, and marry him or her, you will make that person miserable.
So I would say a ideal relationship is one where the differences between the two individuals are not too large. And this means quite similar in heights, appearances, intelligence, educational backgrounds, social status, religion, hobbies, etc.,
Although there is no guarantee that an ideal couple will automatically have a happy and lasting marriage, but statistics show that there are more broken marriages in couples whose differences in the above mentioned factors are too great.
My advice is open both eyes widely while choosing, and after you have found somebody you think is nearest to your dream and the know has been tied, you must be ready to close one eye the rest of your life. This must apply to the other party , too.
