Decide what type of hair you have by saying what you least like about it e.g. its too straight, curly, long, short, greasy, limp, thin, thick, colour fades, isn't bright/glossy enough. Next Looking at leading brands with your chosen feature choose which brand you trust/feel most comfortable using. Next go on smell and price and if theres a matching conditioner (and other hair products). Also change types/brands of shampoo evry so often as hair can get used to a shampoo meaning not as good effect occurs. I hope this helps x

TCB, frutie, angel, Nutrigenia, sunsilk, pureology, roses, elegance, Dove, Jhonsons, aussie, miracle and loreals are wicked !
Try them for less frizzy and soft hair !
