how do you know if the koran is not corrupted? did Allah telephone you muslims fron heaven and tell you this?

Yes, sounds a bit judgemental, I agree. I guess because the Koran says in one of the verses that God took it upon Himself that the Koran will not be tampered with or altered. There is only one version of Koran, although there are so many Muslim denominations, all of them agree on one exact copy to the letter of Koran.

I'm not Muslim and I do not practice Christianity but it is a proven fact that the Bible has been rewritten and revised to suit mortal needs (King James Version- revised- made divorce acceptable so he could divorce his wife and marry his mistress).
So I believe its possible that the Koran/Quran was revised at some point as well. ((MY OPINION- I really think the whole suicide 'bomber' section had to be added in by some duranged dictator. No one should kill themselves for a cause including martyrdom.))

Add: I also feel that people who cannot properly teach someone about their culture or religion without distorting the truth have no business trying to teach it. Most religions promote hatred for other cultures and religion and I see the same rings true here in Answers. I'm glad I do not blindly follow any particular faith and I have many hypocrites to thank for it. So THANKS.

You are not asking the right question to the right people.
It is because they don't see the koran is corrupted that their advice is not to be trusted.

listen, dick head, i have never said tht the bible is corrupted, but u people are the one who corrupted it. And how do U know if the bible is not corrupted? All what is written in the Quran is happening thts why we believe in it. U should open and at least have a look at it. WE KNOW IT IS THE RIGHT RELIGION....

I am a christian and I think you will achieve nothing by adopting such a defensive/aggressive attitude.
Calm down and don't allow other's attacks to affect you. I know it's not easy but think about it. We only achieve anything worthy of children of God through love and understanding.
Let the peace and love of Christ guide you to dialogue.
