Eat! The same thing happens to me(sometimes), your hungry.
Does it happen all the time (everyday)? Then you may need to see a doctor.

Are u overweight? Do u skip meals? Do u take lots of sweets(sugay stuff)? If yes to any of these, u have a problem.
Your insulin level is not in control. Might have hypoglyemia or diabetes.
Try not to skip meals, eat healthy and more frequently. Avoid candies & all artificial sweets. Take small meals, 5 or 6 times a day, always healthy and low fat(maybe low glyemic fruits, whole wheat & grains, eggs, low fat meats, nuts etc.)moderate proportions.
If headaches persist , see a doc. Well, see one anyways!
Good luck:)

Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or neck. Headaches can be
caused by minor problems like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more
serious reasons like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can have
harmful side effects, so it is better to modify your lifestyle.

A headache can be a symptom of hypoglycemia (low blood sugar). If it happens often you may want to check with a doctor and see if you have a problem such as diabetes.
