I have a print of this picture hanging in my sitting room. I have no idea who painted it or when. The ladies are dressed in long, white (possibly Edwardian) dresses and sitting in a shrubbery, not all of the ladies are fully visible. It may be detail from a larger picture. I love this picture so am looking for some information. Thanks

Sounds like something in the style of Edouard Manet or Pierre-Auguste Renoir. The Courtauld Gallery might help you (London).

I think this may not be an Impressionist painting but rather one of Matisse´s paintings.
