What is Zip code in USA may be known as different name.

Other name are:
Postal code.
Pin Number(Postal)
EG:
When I was in Bombay. My zip code was 7 as Bombay grewed it became 7DD........

In India they were writing it after the city.

Here are some Translations.

Street write the name of the: Street, Lane, Or road....
Apartment: Write number and if there is a latter after it write that, apt.5 b(if in Indian language like in Gujarati, "Kh" then use phonetics.
State, if no sate then use province.
County, use Taluka(Gujarati/Marathy.....)

If you ask the postman he should give you correct zip code Number it may be a postal city area, if you know your post office then it will be written on the entrance, the postal stamp may have this number also.

in india we use "pin code" instead of "zip code" and zipcode is mainly used in US countries.

so it's possible that whatever site you have visited, are basically from US that's why they require "zipcode" to have an ID on them or so!!!!!!

Have a gr8 time!!!
