Hmm. And prior to the fourth century, Britain was mainly occupied by Celts. The Anglo-Saxons (who became the English) invaded and pushed the Celts to Cornwall, Wales and Scotland. So what?

Every part of the world is controlled from someone else than the people who owned it at the beginning of time. The fact is that all countries are made up of invaders. The holy land was controlled by the Jews 3,000 years ago (before Islam was created). Then the Byzantines came in, followed by the Ottomans. Then, the British took it over as a "mandate." Next, it was partitioned. Less than half went to the Jews. The Jews had a majority in the areas given to them. The Gaza Strip and the West Bank were full of Palestinians. (The West Bank has the best land in terms of growing crops.) Egypt got greedy and claimed control of Gaza. Meanwhile, Jordan wanted the West Bank. The day after Israel was created, 6 Arab nations attacked and loss. The Arabs, in an effort to invade the new country of Israel, ended up surrendering land to Israel. (This land is actually a buffer zone. After all, defending a country that's about 10 miles wide is too difficult.)

Yes. Remember David and Goliath..

The Bible also describes the manner in which the Israelites (decendents of Jacob who was also known as Israel) captured the cities in Palestine and what they did when the cities fell.

eg. the capture of Jeherico in Palestine in Joshua 6 (NIV):

15 On the seventh day, they got up at daybreak and marched around the city seven times in the same manner, except that on that day they circled the city seven times.
16 The seventh time around, when the priests sounded the trumpet blast, Joshua commanded the people, "Shout! For the LORD has given you the city!
17 The city and all that is in it are to be devoted [a] to the LORD. Only Rahab the prostitute [b] and all who are with her in her house shall be spared, because she hid the spies we sent.
18 But keep away from the devoted things, so that you will not bring about your own destruction by taking any of them. Otherwise you will make the camp of Israel liable to destruction and bring trouble on it.
19 All the silver and gold and the articles of bronze and iron are sacred to the LORD and must go into his treasury."
20 When the trumpets sounded, the people shouted, and at the sound of the trumpet, when the people gave a loud shout, the wall collapsed; so every man charged straight in, and they took the city.
21 They devoted the city to the LORD and destroyed with the sword every living thing in it—men and women, young and old, cattle, sheep and donkeys.

Wrong!! The Jews were the original inhabitants... Abraham founded the cities of Beersheba and Bethlehem. After Abraham's death, his son Issac had twelve sons, which is where the 12 tribes of Israel come into the picture. One of the sons, Joseph, was sold into slavery by his brothers because of jealosy and became very powerful in Egypt. When Israel suffered a massive famine, Issac and his remaining son's moved south to Egypt(where there was food) and stayed as guests of Pharouh. They eventually were made slaves and THEN the story of Moses happened. He lead them back to their homeland only to find it had been overrun by foreigners.

Yes, it Originally Belonged to the Canaanites, Palestinians living there.

The Jews made a silly Lie as a reason to kill the modern Day Palestinians.

in the early 1900s The Jews invaded Palestine with the help of the British, countless Palestinians were killed, they still are, every single day, but you won't see it on TV.

The land was given to them by God, and the Philistines were not around, that came later in the time of David after they were in the land. It was called the land of Canaan, because the Canaanites were in the land at that time along with about 5 other nations.
But consider this, the last nation in the history of the world to live in and own that land was Israel. Ever since they left that land has been occupied territory right down to this day. So definitely Israel would have the strongest claim to that land.

You will find that the majority today in Israel are from those who were in Europe during WW2 and decided to make a country for themselves in Palestine, with American backing, although their families were mainly European.

Actually the USA belongs to the Native American Indian. We are all foreigners. This means Indians could legally rise up and throw us off their land.
