For some people, no. Use a moisturizing cream every day if you want to help stretch marks disappear.
My wife uses Palmer's Cocoa Butter Stretch Mark Cream and has NO stretch marks.

Like Sydney said, they're permanent and will fade, BUT, many people agree that cocoa butter is a natural remedy that works for stretch marks and scars, BUT, it could take anywhere from months to years. And don't trust anyone that suggests a magical brand, they're typically WAY expensive, and half the time don't work. You can get cocoa butter at CVS or most other drugstores.

If they're faint, yes. Remember that stretch marks can occur when you work out and gain muscles (when I started working out, I noticed faint stretch marks, but they were gone the next day). If they're really 'deep' and 'dark', than there's a chance they'll go away, but they'll still leave some faint marks.

It is very rare that they go away naturally, but good things to actually help you get them to go away most the way or atleast partially is Aloe Vera and Coco Butter lotion. Use it everyday as much as you can! Hope this helps some.
