Crispy, I am glad that you have ditched the junk food and are being healthy now. I'd say, the juice you have drunk is enough fruit for the rest of your life.

Fancy a KFC?

It's likely to be one of your five!

Was it 'tropical juice drink'?

The wording is critical, if it was pure fruit juice it contains no water, and therefore just fruit juices!

Anything that is JUICE DRINK is watered down, this is ok in some cases like with juices that contain coconut or cranberry for example, as you need a hell of a lot of coconuts or cranberries to make a litre of juice!

But tropical juice should be something like 30% oranges, 20% peach mango or pineapple, and 10% apricot, kiwi or guava or similar small fruits.

And it's likely to be 40% water so really you just drank 80ml of water too!

Try to buy 'PURE JUICE'

No wine would not count huge style as part of 5 day parts of fruit and veg. interestingly you p.c. extra like 8 to 9 parts an afternoon for even extra effective risk-free practices against maximum cancers. i won't remember the place I examine this. Alcohol is poisonous to the physique and that i've got learn what it does to the physique makes me see that it particularly is a waste of time eating it.

If it was made wholly from the juice of the fruits, its 1 portion. The amount that you drink of it makes no difference, I'm afraid. If its one of the "squash" type drinks, then none, as they are mostly water.

It counts as one portion. Even if you drank a litre it would only count as one,it's because there is so many other additives and preservatives in them. The best way to get your fruit is to eat it.

Minimal.... only a small percentage is actually fruit if you look at the ingredients you will find that it is mostly water and sugar, which is shite!

Go and make your own smoothie, you can control what goes in it and how much crap you put in it... by way of crap I mean processed rubbish....

Stop the process rubbish, white sugar, processed flour, white bread, biscuits, microwavable meals, ready made meals, sausages.... it is quite scary actually....
