You should shampoo twice daily if that is how often you are using the pomade and then once a week you should use a gentle clarifying shampoo. Matrix makes one called Alternate action it is great it will get out anything. A home remedy is baking soda and water. Mix together and apply after shampooing once a week you will be sqeeky clean.

use warm water, use a squirt of shampoo about the size of a 50 pence peice on your hair and massage your hair. Keep on doing this until you are satisfied that all the wax is out... there is no point in just using the same little blob of shampoo you must rinse it off and re-do the shampooing... i hope that i have helped.

You need a good clarifying shampoo.
Arbonne makes a great shampoo with tea tree oil. That's the one I use. But you can only get it online. Great if you don't like sitting in traffic and wasting the gas money.
If you don't like shopping online, go pick up Herbal Essences Degunkify.
They both have a tingling, down deep, clean feeling!

Neutrogena clear shampoo. It is a clarifying shampoo, meaning it cleans out the gunk from the hair.

I believe Neutrogena will do the trick. You may need to shampoo twice, however. Good luck.

Pantene for deep cleansing...it will remove everything...but don't overdo it because it's not supposed to be used on a regular basis.
