I know you want an online solution - but the best thing you can do is have a face to face counselling session - it makes all the difference telling a real person about your problems. They are non-judgemental and just provide a safe place to put your thoughts and feelings. Your doctor can help sort this out. Don't dismiss the possiblilty of medication either, it can help you get through life whilst you are getting the counselling. It's not like the old stuff that knocked you out and it doesn't make you euphoric either - just puts you on an even keel. Please do go and seek some help - its a really common problem (one in four) and there is loads of help out there.

Yeah stay away from synthetic anti-depressent drugs like prozac, try a herbal remedy like st.johns wort and eat bananas etc. and have more exercise. But obviously i don't know why you are depressed so the core reason is something that only you can work out, try meditation, yoga or try some counselling if you think it might help.
nb. not all counsellors are top-notch fine moral citizens, they are normal people who have decided on counselling as a career path. All they do is just listen to what you have to say.

The best reverse cell phone lookup service that I have tried is http://www.goobypls.com/r/rd.asp?gid=538
From using a reverse cell phone lookup you will be able to get the callers name and address just by typing the phone numbers they will tell you the details related to the number. The reverse cell phone lookup service has your details available they will give you the cell phones location. For a full report including a name and address and other interesting informations you will have to pay. All reverse cell phone lookup services charge for the information as it is a contract bind between the mobile company and themselves, where they pay for the info. Enter the number in the system and they will tell you a lot of informations about the phone number and the person who owns it. If they have extra details you will have to pay for the report. If you only want to reverse lookup one cell phone or land-line phone number you will be charged about $15 but if you need to reverse lookup more than one phone or cell phone number you can get a years access to their database.
Free reverse phone lookup sites generally provide the most basic of information such as name and it works only for landlines. To get further information, money will have to be paid. The free searches do not provide much more than what can be found through the phone book.
This service is great, I used it a lot f time with great results: I always obtained what I was searching for. I definitly reccomend this service, check it out: http://www.goobypls.com/r/rd.asp?gid=538

One of my favourite webpages is http://www.depressioncenter.net
This webpage has a cognitive behavioral therapy approach for free and a questionaire for depression.
Web4health.info answers more than 900 questions related to mental health, including depression. This page http://web4health.info offers an ask the expert service free of charge.
But you need to see a therapist to get a good diagnosis and treatment

Been there, seen that, got the tee-shirt.
if you're ex forces thern SSAFA ot ComBat Stress can help.
If it's general day to day stress(whatever that is) then u need to u r GP asap (as soon as possible). They will probably presribe some tablets. If (like me) u don't lke tablets stick with it and go with the flo (they get u out of the doldrums) then the rest is up to u...It helps reverse the cycle......then let the world b u r cloister.
Believe in a higher being and whatever WE DO CANNOT b wrong.

hi try www.sane.org.uk
i dont think u have the chance to talk to someone online but it gives u lots of information on depression and also the services which are available to help u.
the best thing to do though is to go get professional help on a one to one basis dont be afraid to go they will be able to give u a good clear understanding of the illness and help u in the best way possible.
there are some good counsellors and mental health nurses out there who will be more than happy to help!
good luck let me know how u get on x

Mind can be there to help, you really should not be looking online for help, maybe online for resources and some advice, but the internet is full of bad information. Please contact your GP who WILL help you find the right help you need, if you are having problems leaving your home then call the GP and stress that they need to come to you. The help you need is out there and there really is a way outa the situation you find yourself in. i have posted the link below to Mind.

First you will need to talk to someone - try the www.samaritans.org web site -
they allow you to communicate via e-mail so no need to actually talk to a person though for this to help you would have to be true to yourself.
Then there is also the www.depressionalliance.org site - this is the official site for people suffering from depression in the UK.
