If you get chills, cold sweat, shaking hands, headaches, etc, after eating (or after not eating for a long time) it could be a sign that your blood sugar level is too low (hypoglycemia).

When you eat, your blood sugar goes up quickly but then can go down sharply soon after. If it goes down too low you can have some of these symptoms. You might want to check with a doctor. Low blood sugar can be a sign of a more serious problem like diabetes. Better safe than sorry!

You could have an allegy to something you are eating. You'll have to write down what you eat at lunch and dinner to see what it is that is always there; ie. bread/bread products or milk/dairy products. You should get this checked out, you can't go around getting headaches everytime you eat.
