My friend's computer got virus ands spywares! Desperate to prevent incoming virus again, he installed a free Kapersky-Antivirus from a free internet source. When it asked for restarting the computer, he did, but it loaded only until the WINDOWS 2000 window and suddenly all went BLACK and nothing works anymore. :(
He tried pushing F8 in order to enter into safe mode and unistall the Kapersky, but without success! :( Now he's in big trouble, he lost all his datas. :(
I am a friend of his, and i'd do everything i can if i could help him, but i cant. :( But if you are a good person, you help everyone even if he's not a friend. So please help us anyone of you who can. :( our life is at stake... please help us, WHAT DO WE DO? :( :(

Have you got a Windows Install CD? Insert it and try to repair Windows. Or better, use the recovery console and delete kaspersky. Then try to restart.
And there was a special switch for the boot.ini file which deactivates the bootlogo and shows what the computer is really doing. Open msconfig on your PC and try to find out which one it was. Then look where it fails.
