My cat always trys o get into the house. It's always trying to climb in thru' the window. I've seen it liking the butter twice before (and yes, i threw the better out afterwards). Cats don't care about anything. Cats suck ***.

yes they do, my cat always used to come up to me for a snuggle if i was hurt or upset. they are very intelligent. granted some of them dont seem to care, but some cats just dont like people and arent very sociable, but the same can be said for many humans

I think they care more than people think. My cats always seem to know if I am feeling unwell and come and lay with me. They are just not as obvious as dogs for example.

Cats are not like dogs. A dog sees you as a master and protects you accordingly. A cat sees you as a servant that takes care of it. You feed them, pet them, and take care of their needs. That is why they only play with you when they want.

Not in the same way as dogs. A dog will stay loyal to you, but a cat will only come to you when it wants something.

sure they do in their own way, cats are independant. but good for company, my cat has been with us for 20 years and likes to go fishing with me i allways catch a small one for him/fresh sushi..he wakes us up in the morning poking with his paw till we get up.he use to bring mice to the door to show he was doing his job..didn't care for that part..wouldn't give him up for nuthing

About food - yes. About sleeping somewhere warm (preferably a lap, sofa or bed) - yes. About anything else - no, not really unless it's chasing something!
