I think you should decide first to curb laziness before you start. After that, make a schedule of activities for the whole week that you ought to follow everyday. You can start by inserting activities (what you ought to do) in designated hour of the day. Always bring that schedule with you so you will be motivated to do activities that you listed. Lastly, set a goal in mind that you will finish the activities for the day. That will keep you motivated. It will be hard at first since it is not yet a routine that you have but it will be easier after 2 weeks or a month as your mind and body adjust to your schedule, and soon it will all be a routine. Hope this helps.

My mentor says there are no lazy people on earth... only people who are not sure of what they want and why they NEED it.. ;) and I agree...

So I guess the best way is to think about what is it that you want?
Are you just thinking about wanting it or definitely must have it?
Why do you need it?

Set the goal of your life. Then set short term goals to achieve it by stages. Meditate your mind towards your goal. Finally, plan on how to execute it and get your *** cracking according to what you had planned....
