Work out with weights. There are ways to do this to build specific areas of your body, and you may need a weight trainer to teach you, but once you learn how, the equipment need not take up a large amount of space, and you can work out at home. But don't pay full price for your bench and weights: the second-hand stores have plenty of them donated by people who spent the money but did not do the work.

Lift weights and eat lots of protein. If you want to bulk up just eat everything. You'll put on fat... but you'll build muscle really easily as long as your lifting weight which are appropriate for you.

Do it every OTHER day, or isolate a part of your body one day at a time. For instance, you'll work your upper body one day, the next you'll do your lower body, and back to upper the next... cyclic.

** Little asain kid? Well thanks. I've been lifting for for two years, building for light bulk. From ages 18 to 20... Forgive your innocent arogance but eating everything would qualify as comsuming all the food groups. One thing people don't realize is that people still require carbohydates in limited quantities to still obtain muscle build. They take on a diet of pure protein, and realize they aren't growing bulk as fast as they can. Your muscles are hungry, and if you consume an inordinate amount of carbohydrates you saturate your muscles with plently of immediate glucose. Allow them to do they work that you want them to do. Now your workout damages your muscles, and your body turns to the protein to repair and regrow muscle tissue. Protein, as it breaks down into amino acids, will be consumed by the body as energy, rather then constructing muscle, if the body doesn't find immediate glucose. You'd waste quite a bit of the consumed protein towards energy, and not muscle stimulation.

I can go into more detail. But I'm replying because their are people who are so blinded by their limited intelligence that they don't realize there are people in this world who give simple "lamen" advice to accomodate the general population. Being specific sometimes confuses people. Of course he resorts to calling them "little stupid asian kids." Grow up.

Please dont listen to the stupid asian kid above. Dont just go eating everything. Yes lift weights and yes eat protien. But dont go on an eating binge. Little asian kids who think they knows body building. I have been lifting for about 3 years and have gone from a measly 170lbs(age 19) to 220lbs (age 24). It all depends on your body style and what you want out of the gym. High reps with med weight should yeild more muscle. Oppisite is true for strength. But to build muscle your going to need more carbs then protien. Protien is there just to maintain the muscle. Carbs are there to build up what is broken. Go to bodybuilding.com if ya dont belive.
