Get some music of your preference, throw it in a CD player or MP3 player, and go take a walk. When you get back home, call a friend (or several), get some beers, and just... chill.

If your not of legal drinking age, omit the beer, and go do something with your friends. Go out to eat somewhere perhaps...

SEX is the best stress reliever.
it's an equivalent to an exercise in the gym.
your heart has to work harder, you activate stress releasing hormones, and it's fun doing it. If you happen to be a monk just meditate...LOL!
