1- do you attend a church? : I used to,but due to our pastor leaving,the church had pretty much fallen apart.Now we go to a home church often.
2- which afirmation do you belong (baptist, catholic, temple,ect):I'm Baptist.
3- Are you faithful to attend whenever the church doors are open? Whenever we can,we go.
4- Would anything interfere with attending church (sleep, family, anything) : If any of my family members were very ill,I would stay with them.
5- Would it be a serious event to miss church.:I don't like missing church,but as long as you are in fellowship with other believers I don't think you need to get extremely worried about it.
6- Why do you attend church? :I love learning more about God and Jesus.
7- Is your church leader (pastor) a male or female? :Pator of my old church was male.Leader of the home church I go to know is female.
8- What is your salvation? (what saves you)Blood, water, works, etc :Jesus' sacrifice on the cross.
9- Do you take notes during the message, in any form? :Not usually at church,I do that when I'm studying the Bible myself.
10- Do you daily read your bible? Genesis to Revelation, cover to cover : Yes.
11 - Which bible do you read from, (version)? : King James Version or Good News.
12- How do you help your church? : I serve as a musician.
13- What in your words is the Gospel? Matthew,Mark,Luke and John.
14- Lastly: Do you have full assurance, that after death, you'll know where you'll be. : Yes.

2- which afirmation do you belong (baptist, catholic, temple,ect) - Catholic

3- Are you faithful to attend whenever the church doors are open? - there is a Catholic Mass at every church every day f the year, but I only have time on Sundays

4- Would anything interfere with attending church (sleep, family, anything) - if I were sick or family member was sick

5- Would it be a serious event to miss church. - it is considered a grave sin to purposely skip Mass without a very good reason

6- Why do you attend church? - to praise and worship God in the community of believers

7- Is your church leader (pastor) a male or female? - Male, though women are the head of most ministry and departments at the church

8- What is your salvation? (what saves you)Blood, water, works, etc - we are saved by the grace of God.

9- Do you take notes during the message, in any form? - no, we listen attentively.

10- Do you daily read your bible? Genesis to Revelation, cover to cover - There are Mass readings from Scripture for every day, though it does not go from cover to cover

11 - Which bible do you read from, (version)? - New American Bible

12- How do you help your church? I am a lector (read at Mass), a religion teacher, worship leader for small children, and retreat leader

13- What in your words is the Gospel? - the Good News of Jesus Christ

14- Lastly: Do you have full assurance, that after death, you'll know where you'll be. - IF we remain faithful to Christ, He will remain faithful to us.

4. The only thing that interferes is me... when I don't want to go (usually on those days I make at least one appearance, I did not make it to church on our honeymoon because the town was small and it wasn't there...)

11. NIV (although I have found...) I have just begun cross referencing between different translations it is very good.
