I would go for "to prepare a good meal is very easy" as you seem to have trouble spelling " difficult ". merry xmas!

If you want a full sentance:
It is easy to prepare a good meal.
All your examples are fragments and cannot stand alone, but I would go with:
Preparing a good meal meal is not difficult at all.

Unless you want to use an old-fashioned style, it's probably better to say: It's very easy to prepare a good meal.

I'd say the first as some people can hardly made toast and if this is supposed to be very easy and they can't do it, it will get upsetting.
