Every American realizes that except for the president

2006-12-03 21:35:02 · answer #1 · answered by Anne H 3 · 1 1

Sure why not,

All the efforts of America worked real well Dec 7th 1942.

But then again using your rheortic we should not have cleared out Hilter from germany as it was only the Japanese that attacked us.

And Europe would have been so much better off as the 3rd riech.
Your logic is flawwed and biased.

We, USA, does mind its own business by listening to the world and solving issues before they become full blown war. You, people whine about the minor conflicts, I would really hate to see what you would say if the Middle East boils over into a major war..

Thanks

I supported Ron Paul, yet our suited wager now might want to be to help Gary Johnson. The Republicans did not opt for Ron Paul and Romney did not provide Ron Paul the vice president or a cupboard position. Many Republicans say Ron Paul might want to be a Libertarian and under no circumstances a authentic Republican. To that I say ok, to any extent further i'd be vote casting for a range of of Libertarians and lots a lot less Republicans.

You know, I would be all for the US minding its own business and not having to intercede in other countries affairs. Frankly I am tired of our country being exploited for its military might and financial independence. Tell that to countries like Russia or Iran, Syria and China. Explain to France that they need to grow a backbone and stand up to the extremists. Germany, Italy, Poland. Spain! Whether or not you like it someone has got to deal with Al-Queda and the Muslim, let me repeat, MUSLIM world and make it perfectly clear that all people from all faiths have just as much right to exist on this planet as they do. The United Nations isn't going to do it. I personally wouldn't care what happens in other regions of the world if it were not going to eventually infest our country but it is and because of that we can not just hide our heads in the sand and allow that to potentially happen.

And as for baldpeanutlover, it isn't the US military killing those women and children. It is the insurgents. You know this and by pointing your finger at our military you are giving that insurgency strength to continue.

Yes, our country needs alot done right here at home. The people right here at home are going to have to be patient. Right now our countries security and sanctity take presidence.

Schools out of money? Perhaps they should reconsider building all of those state-of-the-art athletic facilities that you see popping up across the country. Perhaps they should stop paying their school administrators hundreds of thousands of dollars a year. The vast majority of any schools districts budget is eaten up in wages and benefits yet we hear how our teachers are underpaid. I challenge you to look into how much money is wasted by your own school districts. You want to better the system, clean up the system. Very few even have a clue what the budget of their local school district looks like.

You better wake-up folks.

No US can't stop policing the world. It's US' realpolitic strategic interest to keep on policing the world, besides giving many the kick watching smart bombs blowing bunkers to smithereens (not too much fun when you know there are people inside).

yes i agree. i just finished watching a clip about a American he had said he joined the army to go to Iraq because it was safer there, than in the neighbourhood where he lived.

as for the guy above u can relax, your troops have already killed more innocent women and children than 6 or 7 world trade centres can hold.

PROUD2BEAMERICAN: i didn't know that insurgenst had jets and cluster bombs. stop blaming your militarys "colateral damade" on the people of iraq. we all know that it is hard to fight a war where the bad guys hide among the population, and yes accidents happen, but DON'T EVER forget how many women and kids are actually killed

I agree. We have so many children that can't get a good education because the school has no money, but we can spend millions to rebuild another country. How does that make any sense?

mind your own business all you want. If there are bullies on your playground you are gonna have a problem anyway.

I am fairly certain that the people in the World Trade Center were "minding their own business" on September 11, 2001

If you are willing to stop feeding the hungry around the world and all interventions then I will back you up. If you are only whining about Iraq, shut the F up.
