I'd probably write a letter saying that you are not happy. See if they get back to you with any freebies, if not then never ever use that hairdressers again.
I would do this because if I spoke to them in person I'd have the potential to either cry, get angry/bitchy, or wimp out and get talked round even though I'm not happy.
He should know that he's made a mistake anyway, so it shouldn't come as too much of a shock.

In Surrey shrink and blow dry for women can variety from salon to salon. Small salons £30-40, better kind salons £40-£50. also relies upon on what kind of stylist you've, no matter if it the authorities and so on. The blow dry is in various of circumstances the better fee of £20, so the shrink is 0.5 the cost fairly commonly. My husband will pay round £12 in a barbers for his hair.

Hello there.. I'm a hairdresser, salon owner. We are a pretty professional salon and would be horrified if a client left our premises and hated the cut or style we had created... 100 good cuts go outside un spoken of.. 1 bad cut walks out the door and the world knows..lol. I would recommend that you call your salon and complain.. our policy is simple.. its your hair, we do as you tell us.. you should get a free cut and blow dry.. good luck x

I'm not a sister either but its always good to have an outside point of view, Why dont you just explain to your hairdresser nicely what your problem is? Im sure he would try to resolve it for you rather than get into a big arguement in the salon

Walk in to the hairdresser at the busiest time, with your hair looking dreadful and ask to speak to the person who cut your hair. Tell them you are not happy with it for obvious reasons and let them offer a solution.
If the solution isn't to your liking - ask to speak to the manager. If the manager is not helpful - allow your voice to get louder. Make sure everyone in the shop gets to hear. Trust me - they will sort it out, even if its just to get you to go away.
If you need to get to this point, I suggest its time to go to another hairdresser, on the other hand, if they sort it out with no argument and leaving you feeling happy - stick with them.

I think I might try a different hairdresser next time. You could ring your current hairdresser and say you're not happy with the cut - they might offer to sort it out for you for free but I think I would worry they might not sort it out and make it worse! Good luck.

I get really nervous when a new hairdresser cuts my hair, but I think you need to get a new hairdresser. When you have chosen one then write a letter of complaint to your old one and tell them why you wont to go back to them!

Sorry you have to go back and speak to the hairdresser who styled your hair and the owner or manager get them involved. If you decide to go back write down what you need to say, and go through it, do not get angry or shout, you will lose the advantage and any recompense due to you.
