(As to Vegemite)
Currently there is an embargo on the commercial importation of Vegemite (because it contains folate), so you can't go do a store in the U.S. and buy some. The only exception to this is people entering the U.S., who have Vegemite in their luggage for "personal consumption" may bring it in unfettered.
