Since the new security rules, I think you cannot resell air tickets. This is not a long expensive trip, so even if you must lose the money, it is not that much.
Perhaps going to the airline or agent where you bought them would get you a refund. If not, and you paid by credit card, the credit card company might do a charge back for you, if you have a legitimate reason.

Depending on each airlines company they have its own ticket condition. i dont think you can resell it but hopefully you can have some refund from them. ask the airlines company or ask travel agent office where you bought ticket for more information. good luck

It depends on the regulations applicable to your ticket. Ask the travel agency and / or airline. I persinally do not think you can exchange them, as they are issued on your name. As I mentioned above, maybe you can change it but it will cost you.
