sad to say that u will probably get the odd spot or two, no matter what your age is...... the best way to help prevent spots is to drink plenty of water, and eat fresh fruit & veg..... however, u are never going to be able to stop getting them completely, more often that not, u just have to try to treat the spots, and hope that the flippin' things go away quickly.... i can reccomend 2 ways that are pretty much guarenteed to help u get rid of them as fast as possible.
1) dab a little toothpaste onto the spot(s) leave it on overnight. the toothpaste helps to dry the spot out, and is very good at killing the germs.. just don't put it too close to your eyes, or it'll make your eyes sting, and make sure u wash it off in the morning, or u'll look like a total muppet !
2) get some tea tree oil, put a little bit on some cotton wool, then wipe over the spot with it.
both are really good methods of getting rid of spots as quickly as possible. hope this helps. x

I've just got a couple of spots on my forehead. I am 37!
Washing your face usually works. Preferably with soap which will dry out the greasy skin. If you do this too often, you might want some moisturiser to stop the skin becoming too dry.
I think there are creams available for spots, although I never really suffered much myself (I did try some when I was a teenager though)
I also know that your doctor can prescribe stronger medication if you have a severe case of acne.

For some of us, they never go away ;-).
Best thing to keep it under control is to not constantly touch your face, to keep it washed with plain water, to skip greasy foods and junk food, and a daily supplement that contains zinc.

Facial products did not help me at all!!!! I found that when I changed my diet, it helped. The pimples didn't stop altogether, bt it did get less. They may still be present well within your twenties. it may never stop. It depends on your skin.
