If you are asking about a commercial lay-in ceiling, yes, it's possible but you have to get the moisture resistent (vinyl faced) ceiling tiles.

I think you'd be wise to re-think this. It looks simple but, in a small space, it's actually more work than a joist and gyp hard ceiling.
