I'm 175 cm tall, and 53kg. I've always been thin, though I still don;t think I'm thin, like I still want to lose weight, anyhoo, recently I developed an eating disorder and lost a lot weight and here I am.

I can see all my ribs.

Is this healthy?

no not at all. if you were a healthy weight then you wouldnt be able to see all your ribs. I dont know if you are already seeing anyone regarding your eating disorder but if your not then you really should. my friend had an eating disorder and eventually when she admitted to having a problem she went to see a specialist and it really helped her get over it.

You need professional help. That thinking is a classic symptom of anorexia nervosa. So better go to the nearest hospital and ask the doctor what you can do in order to reverse the condition. Remember: you can not do this alone.
