Hey why do you want a place to get a pet.I will give you a better idea.Do you really love animals.
If so than Check out the place around your home and i am sure you will find some stray small puppy or kitten or any such animal who is lost has no one to care for and is in need of a home.Especially in this winter season.You can get him/her home.Take the advice and guidelines from a veterinary doc. And give him all the love and affection that he deserves and turn him into the most wonder full pet that any one would love to admire.

I know they will be dirty ,full of mittes.but given them proper treatment.And in turn theywill become your most valued friends.
