Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or neck. Headaches can be
caused by minor problems like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more
serious reasons like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can have harmful side
effects, so it is better to modify your lifestyle. More information

Tension from the coffing and the cold. You mentioned your back hust too so you probably pulled a muscle and by trying to alleviate the pain you over compensated and now the tendons in your neck are knotting in your head. Use a heating pad, pamprim or any other OTC med that helps muscle tension, and massage the back of your nect. Hot shower will help too.

Becuz of the sinus problems & fever that come with the flu/cold. It is normal. Take something for a sinus headache, as it will also help muscle tension headaches as well, but only a sinus medication will stop a sinus headache (unlike advil or tylenol unless they are sinus).

IF I WERE YOU ID GO SEE A DOCTOR JUST TO RULE OUT AN INFECTION.
BUT IN THRE MEAN TIME TAKE TWO REGULAR STRENGTH TYLENLO. DON'T TAKE A HOT BATH BECAUSE THE HEAT WILL MAKE YOUR BLOOD PRESSURE RISE AND CAUSE THE HEADACHE TO WORSEN. PUT A ICE PACK AT THE NAPE OF YOUR NECK, LIE IN A DARK ROOM, VERY STILL. EVEN GO TO SLEEP. YOUR HEADACHE WILL PASS.
REMEMBER TO PUT THE ICE PACK INTO A SMSMALL TOWEL BECAUSE IF YOU DONT, YOU COULD CAUSE FROST BITE AND CAUSE A WHOLE OTHER PROBLEM
GOOD LUCK

there are various reasons for your headache.
as you had a fever it's naturally that you have headache.

It may be also that you might be nervous for something or
you have kept something secrete which makes you internally unhealthy or

you have got poor reasults in any exams or competitions & you have not told to your elders

it may be also that your parents/elders have scoulded you, who loved you much, so you are not happy with that

When I get a cold, it usually goes together with a migraine. You can buy a migraine cocktail over the counter from any pharmacy, and its really cheap.
