Constant dull bone pain (wih history of previous history of fractures) could mean a few things like Ostesarcoma, bone tumour. There's also a phenomenon known as refered pain, meaning the diease is elsewhere, but due to nerve's innervation of the same area, you might imagine the pain is in the bones. Other possible reasons include Arthritis, Osteitis, cold abscess, osteo myelitis. You should check with a doctor, do some diagnostics like X-ray to confirm.
