Well, every company providing electronic gadgets of such type usually have technicians who will come along and set up the whole system in your house and give you a first hand demo and resolve your doubts before leaving you and your tv alone.

If you are buying from any retailer,they will set it all up for you ...at a price,we were quoted around £40 by curry's and comet.
I think they nearly all charge for that service now..

Phillips do, we had a plasma mounted on the wall by them, they left it all up and running
