chocolate souflle..
Melted black chocolate beat it w/ egg yolks(100g of chocolate for 1 yolk)one tablespoon of flour. Beat the whites to make marengue then mix them with slow motions (be carefull not to mix the chocolate with the marengue when the chocolate is is still too hot) then place it in a form in the oven for about 15-17 mins. and you have a perfect dessert

Yes apple crumble is quick and easy. Try variations on a theme :
- Add raisins to the apple.
- Add cinammon to the crumble mix.
- Use brown sugar instead of white.
- Using different fruits(blackberry and apple, gooseberry, rhubarb)
- Eating the crumble with a good custard(homemade if you can)

Eton mess made with fresh strawbs, rasberries, cream and crushed up meringues.

Or, chocolate fridge cake (loads of recipes on line)

Or take a satsuma, peeled (remove as much white as you can) but keep it whole.
Sprinkle icing sugar on top and using a chefs blow torch or under the grill, caramelise the sugar,
Pour grand marnier over the top, set on fire.
Serve with whipped cream.
Cheap, easy, dead effective!

Or, creme brulee - much easier than you would imagine:
Using any fruit you prefer (I likes it with plums) cook with sugar until tender, put layer at the bottom of ramekin.
Boil double cream (about 300ml) Milk (200ml) with 2 vanilla pods (scrape out seeds)
now beat together 8 egg yolks with 80g sugar.
Take pods out of boiling milk. Slowly whisk in egg mixture.
Add mixture to ramekins
Put ramekins into roasting tray half filled woth water and bake for about 25mins at low temp (mark 1)
When done sprinkle with caster sugar and blow torch or stick under grill.

Im not a pufdding person but I always look like I am when I cook one of these recipes.

A nice variation on apple (or other fruit) crumble is to put your fruit in the bottom of an oven-proof dish then cover it with a layer of sponge mixture (Victoria sponge mixture works well). Bake it in oven till top is brown and spongy and serve with cream or custard. The fruit mixes slightly with the sponge at the bottom and goes all gooey and yum!

I have the best solution! No baking, fresh bananas, cool whip and vanilla wafers add a touch of flare with toppings.

One small or large, whatever you perfer cake or pie dish
layer bottom with vanilla wafers

Top the wafers with a two cans of ready to serve vanilla pudding

Next layer sliced fresh banana slices over the pudding to cover

Grab the whip cream and layer it over the bananas

Then sprinkle coconut or chocolate sprinkles on top. Place in frig until your ready to serve. It taste great and there's usually no leftovers to indulge!

Hello Sassy lassy, Let me make your day. Surely the easiest of desserts to rustle up is "Angel Delight" as the main ingredient. I'd suggest a couple of slices of a jam centred sponge-cake placed into a bowl, (size of your choice depending on how many servings are required) .Follow the directions on the Angel-Delight packet/s (again depending on how many servings) and pour over the sponge slices. When the mix is set ,add fruit of the flavour of the Angel Delight and place it on top.......................walla! a colourful pudding......................................................
