i laughed, i got goose bumps and i got scared out of my PANTS when i watched jesus camp.

i hope that there savior prez Bush wont try and demolish the seporation of church and state (that is the only thing that is keeping this country from being a 100% christian place)
that would make their millennium.

what are your thoughts about jesus camp?
did the little kidz on there scare you too? (please Gods tell me i wasn't the only one)

It terrifies me. Is this what the fundies want? To me it is nothing less than child abuse. But the fundies don't care about that. The more they can brainwash into their evil ways of hatred and intolerence the better! I know that it's only the minority who support this, but please, can the real christians stand up and stop it. For the sake of the children. Every time I see it, I end up in tears. I feel so sorry for those poor children.

Don't worry. We have a Democratic Congress now.

I don't like either party all that much... but it sure will be nice to have balance again.

"Don't worry" was in response to this -

"i hope that there savior prez Bush wont try and demolish the seporation of church and state"

Otherwise, yeah... keep worrying. But it won't be Bush. We have some time, and we need to wake up and smell the coffee and use that time wisely before this movement goes too far.

Okay.. it seemed militant and actually stands against almost everything I believe about Christianity especially where children are concerned. I wouldn't force my child even in a worship service because I believe that G-d speaks against it. As for the idea of home schooling, what happens when these kids are forced to deal with the real world?

That jogs my memory of a narrative. whilst i replaced into 22, I waitressed at a eating place called the Swiss Chalet with Anthony. Anthony replaced right into a waiter there and have been given me a activity. it relatively is the place he met the 7 pals from Hebew that i discussed the different day. All of his pals went to college in Henrietta mutually and we grew up in the city of Gates. The eating place served rooster and ribs and catered to an older crowd. in any case the owner replaced right into a crap member and he replaced into relationship the govt there. She had a bone for me and Anthony. Being that i replaced into raised Atheist- the expression "Jesus Christ!" meant no longer something to me. So sometime, whilst i replaced into slammed I pronounced "Jesus Christ!" (to myself of direction) and a shopper over heard me and instructed on me for swearing. She yelled at me some thing fierce for swearing and that i had no concept what she replaced into speaking approximately- that replaced into no longer swearing to me. Now if I pronounced ****- then i might understand. in any case, i'm guessing that she would be ready to sense quite stupid for that- and additionally for making plenty hardship for me and Anthony.

With their total immunity to logic and accelerated reproductive rate, this species could be a serious threat. It will only be a matter of time before they conquer the planet once the current batch of larvae reach adulthood.

oh my goddess...

people will make films to make money, first of all, but given that, jesus camp sounds terrifying and a bad/ unrealistic way to prepare children for the rest of their lives.

i think people should have their whole lives to figure out what they think is the truth, not have it force-fed as children.
