Yes it is ok to recolor them with regular dye.
Just be sure to put petroleum jelly around the eyebrows to make sure the dye doesn't stain the skin.
AND FOR THE LOVE OF MERCY KEEP IT OUT OF HIS EYES.
O-o The dye WILL make you go blind.

His eyebrows should grow back pretty quickly. But I wouldn't go dying them unless you yourself were there to make sure the dye doesn't get into his eyes. I've done it heaps, with the same colour I used to dye my hair. If you are sure you can supervise it, and with some moisturiser or vaseline surrounding the eye brow itself, it should work. Don't leave it on too long, 5 to 10 minutes max. You can also get an eyelash/brow tint from most chemists. If you don't like the idea of dying, then just use an eyebrow pencil in suitable colour until the brow hair grows back.

I am not a doctor of any sort but I have died my hair quite a bit varying colors. I never had any problems with normal hair dye in my eybrows. The only problems I have run into is it will dye his skin for a couple of days and it can be quite unsightly. If you do just be sure not to get it on any skin around the actual eyebrow and of couse not in his eyes. To prevent the dye from getting on his skin I would use gauze and medical tape. This should help.

You can buy eye lash dye, this dye is a weaker then the dye that you would use on your head. The thing to be aware of is that if they have bleached down to white you will need to replace the red pigment in his eye brows before you put any brown dye on his eye brows. You need to do the red first to re pigment the hair, if you don't do this there is a huge possibility that his eye brows could go a green brown colour. If his eye brows are originally black you need to pre colour with blue!

The best thing to do is to go to a professional salon or esthetician qualified to do eyebrow/eyelash tinting. The products used for brow tinting are MUCH less stronger/harsher than regular haircolour! Using regular haircolour can cause blindness, or at the very least, irritation because the chemical reaction from mixing ammonia and peroxide is sooooo strong!

Reg dye is OK as long as you take precautions. First, coat the surrounding area with Vasoline and them mix the dye, have him lay down and you should apply the dye with a q-tip. Leave him there until processing is done, them wipe off with a damp towel until all of the dye is removed.

Just have em shave em off. Humilating yes? But certianly better than getting it in his eye.
I have gotten hair dye in my eye before, not a pleasent experience. Extreme pain felt like I was going to die.

no, because the facial skin is very sensitive. he shouldnt have even bleached it, it must have burned, hasnt it? for dying his eyebrows theres special color to buy - it is for eyebrows and lashes (dont let it get into the eyes though), it is more gentle than regular hair color

I would take him to a salon to have it done. That way you know they are being safe and they can clean up any stains on the skin as well. Not to mention they will be able to mix the color to match his natural hair color.
