I would suggest you go back to your doctor and DEMAND he does something about it. Doctors seem too lazy now adays to wana research into peoples problems. All they seem interested in is giving you Antibiotics etc. So go back to your doctor and Demand he helps you. Tell him its making you depressed and ruining your lifestyle.

Heres a few suggestions that may help you too poop more often and to decrease your pain in pooping.
ALL ARE AROMATHERAPY TREATMENTS:-

To increase regular bowel movement MASSAGE: Buy pure essential oils of Rosemary, Sweet Marjoram and Roman Chamomile. Put 2 drops of each into five teaspoons of olive oil (or a carrier oil from your health shop). Massage into your lower abdomen and then the small of your back. Use firm, but gentle, clockwise strokes for several minutes each day.

DRINKS:- buy some fresh spinach leaves, third of a cucumber and two tomatoes. Blend them all together and juice together with the same volume of still filtered bottled water. (you can also use watercress instead of spinach if you prefere). This makes one large glass. Drink no more than 3 glasses per day.

COMPRESS:- Have you ever heard of the "hot/cold theraphy" treatment. This stimulates your intestines and helps aid pooping. Boil the kettle and fill a bowl with Hot water and place a small towel or cloth into the water. Have another bowl of cold tap water with a cloth or small towel in that too. Start with the hot towel. Wring out the water and fold it over your abdomen, leave it there for 3 mintues. Then wring out the cold towel and do the same but leave for one mintue. Repeat this using hot then cold for approx 15-20 mintues.

DIET:- Drink the juice from 5-6 stewed prunes each morning, and eat the prunes themselves each night before bed. (Fig can also be used).

Eat yogurt with live cultures, which help re-establish the balance of intestinal flora. This sometimes happens when we have been taking antibiotics or gastroenteritis.

Hope any of this helps

Not eating much? Sounds to me your bowels are lazy. Irritable bowel? Do you have any know food sensitivities? Liver problems? Hepatitis C? heartburn/gerd? Rule out Candida.

Obviously, something is not right. If is not your gall bladder, which I doubted anyway, you may have a bowel impaction.
You need to have further evaluation by a GI doctor.
