well in my Church, and the way I believe I don't HAVE to pay anything in a monetary way, BUT I do give of my money , time, and whatever gifts God has given me.. I don't look at it as having to give anything, But I think If God has blessed you with wealth ( which I don't have) or with gifts of singing, teaching, or whatever it may be, then he gave it to you to share with others.
I am not blessed with wealth, but I do teach , and I made the sacrifice of traveling a long distance to go to the Church of my choice, and in a way that is giving also..
PS. I am not required to give a specfic amount of money in my church, as God has prospered us are we to give..

The Love of Jesus doesnt cost me anything. Its a free gift, all I had to do was to accept it.

As much as I'm willing to give
Donate blood, give money to Charity's..things of the sort.
So I see it as a win win situation.

Why would it cost me anything? I'm Wiccan, my religion doesn't say I must suffer.

You mean like in monetary terms? Practically nothing. I either make, grow or improvise the things I use in my rituals.

Nothing..the greatest thing a person can do for him or herself is to believe in ones own self and let each ones own conscious guide them.

A lot of opportunity to sin and gratify my flesh. Truthfully, it sucks sometimes....but in a good way.
