tell her you like her... that's probably the best thing to do. but first analyse ur situation with her because if u don't want to risk losing her for good, w8 a while until u r EXTREMELY sure she is interested in being ur gf... girls are all different, some r just kind and they may look like that they r interested but r not... or they blatantly hit on u and makes flirtatious comments (this may be 50% on the way for them to being interested in u).
PLEASE! do not rush this! do not make my mistake... i told a girl that i liked her too soon and she freaked out on me, now we are not friends, not talking, and she's just staying away from me. so please, don't rush it. if she does like you, she will wait.
last thing... if she doesn't like you, don't MAKE her like you, just be friends with her if she is willing to give it a try on staying friends (in my case, my friend wasn't), but as i said all girls are different. some day she may like u more than a friend, but it might take some time. move on if this happens, but keep her close.

Be a man and ask her out. That's the only way you'll ever get anywhere. If she does like you and you never ask she will think you don't like her and eventually not be interested anymore. If she doesn't like you the worst she can do is say "no" then you can focus on someone else. Just ask her, not the end of the world, but could be the beginning of a new one! Go For It!!

If you dont ask you will never know! so just ask, thing is she could get embarrassed when you ask her and she may say that she doesnt, so start talking to her, tell her that you like her and then drop in the question and watch for her reaction. Good luck

playing the guitar gets you bonus points with a lot of chicks. but to find out if she likes you, you need to ask her how she feels about you. as far as making her like you, i can't help with that. they either do or they don't, you can't really do anything to change it.

You have not mentioned how long you know her? as if you know her from long time then the chances of you like her are high. because there is no thing like love at first sight. but it is physical attraction. to like any person one has to know that person first, one has to decide that can there relationship will last long. so i think you first check this.
