Don't mess around with something like this. If the onset of the symptoms has been rapid (over the last 12-24 hours) there may be any number of serious things going on. Go to an urgent care clinic, or to the ER. If you're having a difficulty with breathing, call 911 right now.

I would be incredibly worried if I were you. I don't know what it is, but it could be a sign of leukemia for one. Are you noticing more bruises that seem to appear for no reason? That's another sign.

I don't think it is any reason to worry. I have them on my legs and face. I am a pale skin blonde. Also, if I have an itch and I scratch too hard, I get the blood dots too.....
