iKernal.exe?

Question

I have tried to remove Catz5 from my pc but I get the above error message. I have done a web search and tried a view solutions but they have not worked. Can any kind soul suggest a possible solution as my daughter (4) is a bit gutted that she can't play Petz5 anymore?

I was trying to remove so I could reinstall as the program did not run correctly.

Difficult if you've tried stuff as you haven't said what.. and thats not the full error message (theres more).. but.. usually it means the process is hung or missing.. Honesty if you're googling the error then its going to be a case of working through until you find the solution.

To clear up a hung Ikernel.exe, follow these steps:

Reboot your computer.
-OR-
Right click your taskbar and select Task Manager from the menu.
Click the Processes tab if it is not already selected.
Click Image Name to sort the processes alphabetically.
Select Ikernel.exe from the list.
Click End Process.
Click Yes on the warning message.
Close the Windows Task Manager and launch the Verity Advanced Classifier Setup.exe.

If its not hung it could be that your missing some components (this following doc is for an install but it works in reverse too).
