I had met an accident last week. a car hit the left hand side of my car. Now the person who hit my car had been charge for drunk when driving the insurance company will not cover him. My vehical need to pay 26K for servicing which i only can claim my own insurance. i need to pay for the exceed and all the exspenses. what should i do? i need advice? I totally don't think there's fairness for me.

Motor insurance don't cover drunkard driving. You have to claim the driver. If the amount is less than $10,000, you should go to small claims court, else is a high court case. If you get a lawyer to fight the case for you, bear in mind if the person can't pay and declare bankrupted, then you will not get your money back.
