I have a dramatic heart shaped face with wide, high cheekbones and a pointy little chin. I have shoulder length straight hair right now, but I'd like to get my hair cut about chin length with bangs. I'm just not sure if this is going to work with my face shape. I really don't want to look like Ms Swan from Mad TV.

There are sooooo many versions of a "bob" that it would be hard to tell! :) Your stylist can give you a consultation as to what version of the bob would make you look like a million bucks!

Absolutely! The key is the direction that the layers are cut. Your stylist will work with you to minimize fuller portions of your face and help maximize thinner portions of your face. For example, a stylist would want to cut layers towards the face to minimize full cheeks and heavy cheekbones. For the chin, he/she would want to cut layers away from the face, so that your chin doesn't get lost in all the hair. Subtle changes to a hair style can make just about EVERY hair style look amazing on EVERY individual.

Well, yes..I'd say, one, make sure not to have short bangs, there'll create a visual line across your face and accentuate the wideness of your face.

two- i would go slightly longer then your jaw, but make most of your volume at your jaw thought, it will balance the shape of your face. people will notice your eyes then your define cheek bone and down to the softness and flow of the tip of your hair.

hair and face should accentuate and harmonize. like the were meant for each other.

Yes! I think you'll look cute. Just look at Reese Witherspoon, or Jennifer Love Hewitt in Garfield. They're hairstyle looks sophisticated and zesty.
