I just got over the flu / sore throat virus. And nowadays I'm exhausted..... very tired. And whenever I have free time, I'm spending it sleeping.....?!?!!? And just recently I've noticed that after I've eaten I get really tired, enough to fall asleep, at times I do.....

Right now, I'm feeling weak, probably depressed cause of life occurrances, but can't help that......

Anything would help....

It could still be you are recovering from the flu. BUT, if you have been stressed out which does put you at higher risk of getting sick it may be stress. If you have been this tired and depressed this can be it.

Depression causes you to feel overwhelmingly tired. Almost scary tired. If it lasts awhile i'd say 2 weeks after you have gotten over the flu i'd go get checked. If you are depressed try exercising. You may not feel up to it but this actually increases your adrenalin and endorphins which help you feel better.

There is a thing called Chronic Fatigue, but try the other before this conclusion is drawn.

HAve your doctor do some blood work.. Make sure there is no underlying disease or illness.
I have lupus and when my body ells me to rest, I do because my body knows best. So, when you fell tired rest, but please see a doctor to be sure you are well.
