1- venir
2- I guess you mean let's. In that came it would be difficult to tell you an exact translation. As it would depend on the verb following let's.
For instance : le'ts dance = dançons; let's become = devenons; let's go = allons-y
3- devenir
4- amis / copains (if men or at least one man and as many girls as you want) or amies / copines if only girls

1.viens
2.let's: there's no real translation for let's
3.devenir
4.amis
If you wanna translate let's, you should say a verb with let's or we can't translate coz it doesn't exist in french. If you wanna say "come, let's become friends", you will say "devenons amis" or "soyons amis"

There is not always a ONE-to-ONE translation.
Anyway
come, let’s become friends
Viens, nous pourrions devenir des amis
(come, we could become friends)
‘Viens, soyons amis’ is also a very good proposition,
thank you, Nikkers

Donc, cela peut etre:
1) venir; arriver
2) allons-y
3) devenir, se rendre
4) amis; copains
The phrase Come, Let us become friends! could be
Vas-y, deviens mon copain (or copine, if it's a girl);
but better say,
On va etre amis?
