When my son had braces, we always went out for cheesecake after his orthodontist appointments. Soft foods are okay (and less painful!) but nothing sticky.

Cottage Cheese. chocolate pudding. oatmeal. ice cream. canned vegetables and fruit. french bread. spaghetti with meat sauce. soups.

i'd bypass with tender ingredients contained in the very starting up because your tooth are going to be very sore, attempt to devour stuff that in truly tender and slowly artwork your thanks to extra problematical stuff. when I had braces at the starting up I ate, soup, rice, bread, pudding, fruit cups, yogurt
