I assume you are talking kilograms and not pounds? It really depends on how tall you are. Go to this website and it will tell you what is a healthy weight for you...

You appear to be over weight… do bring it down to 60kgs approx... Your weight should be of the numeral of your height in inches... if you are 62in then your weight should be 62kg... eventually you should be 60kg (+ -) 2kg…
